    ahhh, but laziness combined with these items make for weight gain

    also, the meals we eat really are backwards
    for instance, items like pastas should be consumed early in the day so the body has the time (and can use their energies) to burn them off
    nothing worse than loading up on pastas and deserts late in the evening, then going to sleep on it

    Yeah. Me, I have to load up on pasta at night because I can't gain weight. 2.5 lbs a day. : )
