    Quality rant IMO.

Get used to the STL love with the Fish there. Everyone thinks he's an elite head coach.

Remember that article that the Baltimore Sun wrote a few years back? if was after Harbaugh beat Fisher in the playoffs and it may have even been after the 2009 season (pretty sure it was)... The Baltimore Sun claimed that Jeff Fisher was the 2nd best head coach in the NFL behind only Belichick. I still can't get over that. Harbaugh was only ranked like 11th.

Rams ain't going any better than 9-7 this year (high won't cut it in the NFC). I do think they've improved a lot though. They still have massive weaknesses at OL, S, and WR despite adding Jake Long and drafting Jones and Austin. Plus Bradford sucks IMO.

Actually their OL is probably pretty good. Forgot about Scott Wells.

I said he's probably the front runner. He was the first skill position taken and the only offensive skill position selected in the first 15 picks. He's definitely an early candidate.

No doubt. Some jack-leg that sits behind me every time we play the colts at home has his UT orange on. We nearly got in a fight when I asked him if he had the matching #18 knee pad, helmet with a handle and bib set.

Rams had a good draft. Fisher overachieved last year. They are in a tough division. Barrett jones WILL be a solid pick where they got him and pro-bowl IF he recovers well from (and doesn't reinjure) his foot. That Lisfranc injury is serious and slow to heal. That's the only reason he didn't go higher.

Fisher has definitely improved that roster and they should be a pretty solid team. Too bad (for them) Fisher is slightly above-average at best. I'll be extremely surprised if they get more than 1 playoff win over the next 3 seasons.

I just hope they hold on to him way too long like we did. They deserve it (SB XXXIV).

I'm not sold on Jones. Our boy Chance literally held his hand when the going got tough. He got a lot of accolades because he played for a winner and he is well spoken and smart. If you haven't noticed, media types feel like they can identify with those guys.

Before they plan their Superbowl party they may want to check out a couple of other teams in their division... they've had a pretty good offseason too...

Nah, they have illegals from first world countries. They are the ones who get kicked out. The illegals from third world countries get to stay.
