This is rebuilding

In 2007 our defense had Haynesworth,VandenBosch,Bulluck,Laboy,etc and was one of the best defenses in the league.Yes Vince did have a hand in getting us there but also the offense suffered at times and a lot of that was because Vince didn't have any weapons on offense plus our wide recievers mostly sucked.If you remember there were plenty of times that season where we stuck in games that were 10-7 or 13-9 because we couldn't get anything going on offense and a lot of that had to do with Vince not having any real weapons on offense.The very next season we drafted C.J. and that was in 2008 when the offense did get better and we went 13-3.

 

I completely agree. Once we actually got Vince weapons he was 13-4 as our starter (8-2 and 5-2) until Fisher decided to be a ****.

 

The FO is doing everything we on this board knew they needed to do. Get better interior OL, get a bigger more stout DT, and get someone to relieve CJ. It's nice to see that they actually saw the exact same things we've seen. Now that's a change!

 

I think they've been creepin on here. They've been listening. Now if they will just go ahead and does us all a favor and cut Amano's a.s.s.

 

Cook is one dimensional, TE's can't be one dimensional, so it's an upgrade.

 

This. When Cook was on the field, it tipped the D off that it was most likely a passing play since he can't block for ****. Having a TE that can block, catch (usually) etc will really help the pass and run game. IMO at least.

 

The TE position is a mix of positions, how can you have a 1 dimensional guy as a TE, it literally makes no sense to try Cook at TE for so long when he's shown he can't block anyone..

Signing Walker is good for our team.

 

He has hardly little more than a season of play time. Let him prove himself for an entire season before he's lynched. It's only fair.

 

How do you know he cant block for s***. We never gave him a chance in a real game. The only time we actually lined him up as a true TE was in the pre season and he dominated when he got the chance!

 

I'm just saying that we lost one of the best hands on our team. Now we got a replacement guy who can barely catch the ball.
