as a person near 300 lbs.. I can say that 350 pounds is unhealthy for any human under 7'5. and at my about 285, I'll admit that I carry around 40-50 pounds more than I need. Nobody has ever said "He's a fit (or slim) 350 pounds." It doesn't happen. if you have enough muscle to weigh 350 pounds, then you probably have too much muscle. Your heart has to work extra hard to keep all that humanity going.. as well as your back and knees.
