I have always been fascinated with Stonehedge, the whole story behind it is very interesting.

But seeing Titanic, it would be amazing to explore the ship as it is now.

I'm a bit of a history buff. The Romans had machinery, HUGE machinery. Made of natural products and they had interchangable parts. Romans needed to move a multi ton stone, they built an a machine big enough too do it. Ceasar wants too cross the Rhine, he moves his army across in a couple of days across a newly constructed bridge then disassembles it behind him when he is done so the barbarians cannot follow him into Rome - lol

Facisinating would be what the world would be like now if the Romans were as advanced politically as they were scientifically and militarily. Romans were basically a land power, but they were able to adopt their land based doctrine to dominate the ancient Medetarian Sea. Basically the Romans turned Naval warfare into small scale land engagements by using boarding/ramming tactics.

But Titans are Greek and the Greeks were rocking as well, just without the science of the Romans. There were some scientifically advanced Greeks for sure, but they were mostly one-of type things.

How many days till HoF game?????

i have seen four in person. they are truly amazing...the way they move is so graceful. that sound you hear is creepy as all hell though. anytime there is a tornado warning in my area i go outside and watch...the color of the sky is also amazing...

We'll i did not know that about the bridges. it does amaze me that without the technology we have today that they were able to accomplish so much with so little.
