lmao Homeland is garbage compared to GoT.
Only footage I've seen from game of thrones are the emily browning nude scenes.
GoT deserves every bit of hype it gets but you have to be patience with it, you're not gonna get it why it's the best show on t.v. after 3 episodes, it's a lot of slow character and subplot development. I didn't get hooked until towards the end of season 1.
RSB just doesn't know where to put it.
I want Daenerys Targaryen's mouth all over my heart...I mean c--, wait, no, I got it right the first time.
I am incredibly patient with TV shows. I'm always telling my friends to watch Breaking Bad and such, but they are too impatient and close-minded, I guess.
I watched the entire first season... And I did start getting into it towards the end. Then I started up the second season (watched the first episode) and decided I just wasn't feeling it. Just because I said it's overrated doesn't mean I didn't like it, but there are plenty of other shows I'd watch before it. I hope people aren't obsessed with it purely because it's a softcore porno. That would be pretty sad.
It won best TV drama for a reason.
Just waiting on Breaking Bad and Mad Men to start back...
Walking Dead will keep me entertained
Mad Men is another show I consider very overrated. I watched the first 6 episodes and found myself falling asleep multiple times.
Can't wait for Breaking Bad.
Oh no, are we using award shows to determine quality of TV shows and movies now??? Can we use box office returns and say Transformers is one of the top5 movies of all time????
Box office returns and awards are two very different things.
Criminal Minds probably has the most viewers, and that show sucks dick.
It's my generation's fault for not having the brain capacity to take on a quality TV show (or movie).
So then you put validity into the entirely rigged awards shows?
I don't value reward shows at all. And I do like Homeland, but it is in no way as good as Game of Thrones. I mean, I guess if you hate the fantasy genre then I get it. But otherwise there isn't a single thing I can think that Homeland is better than Game of Thrones.
Homeland is like 24 to me. Well to be fair I only watched the first season of 24 which became too ridiculous at the end for me to continue to enjoy. Homeland just leaves me rolling my eyes too much.
