So you think he should be judged based on one game and not the entire body of work? How he's played better than Hass all of camp? That's not just giving him the job.

This needed to happen. I don't think anything can replace playing in a game to develop a QB.

The concern with starting a young guy is how failure shakes their confidence. With Hass behind him, and the demeanor he's shown so far, I don't think it'll be an issue.

Exactly. And its not like Hass played any better in his preseason start.

If we're judging him based on his "entire" body of work, it gets worse for him, IMO.

Maybe he looked ok for a few practices- but he looks anything but ready in the games he's played in. Sorry.

Seriously? Why are you always the black sheep DW.. lol

Why start Hasselbeck? We know what he can do. His career is over, he's not going to lead us to a super bowl. Obviously, Locker probably won't this year.. but potentially in his future he could. Lets get him playing time, get his exp, and see what he can do. No reason to start Hasselbeck.

You're NEVER truly ready by simply playing in camp and preseason. Take Peyton Manning for instance. His teams went 3-13 his first two years. He doesn't get that experience by sitting on the bench. Practice experience and game experience are two totally different animals.
