UPDATE: A team source told Ian Rapoport on Monday that Locker is the Titans' hardest working player, someone the players look to. The move is expected to be popular in the locker room. The Titans' plan is to have Locker play roughly three quarters with the starters Thursday against the Arizona Cardinals, the first game in which the Titans will game plan for an opponent.

Well, there is no turning back. You can't just bench him if he starts 1-4.

Nice. This was the right move. Locker isn't where he needs to be but regular season game experience is the best way for him to get there.

Thank to Matt for holding the job down so well during the transition. Couldn't really ask for a better stopgap QB.
