    On the flip side of that, there wouldn't be as much pressure for one of those guys coming in because they know they could do much better than Loggains and Gray. The expectations won't be as high here.

    I feel like Coach Munchak's biggest fault is leaving it on his coordinators to take care of their own sh!+ when they'd shown they probably clean their own ass.

    I wish that he would get fired up more but I don't doubt that he is passionate about the cause and direction of the team.

    :) Chucky loves every young QB. Ever follow his QB draft previews on the NFL network. The way he makes it sound there are 8-12 future hall of fame QBs coming out every year.

    He's serious about football, there's no doubt about that, and he'd be an asset to a team that needed a behind the scenes guy, but as the star of the show he freaking sucks.

    NFL head coaches are celebrities, having Mike Munchak as HC is like watching that TV show Joey. Matt LeBlanc was great on Friends, but on his own he was terrible.

    Only if he sticks to coaching and leaves player moves to the front office. Guy is a decent coach but a terrible GM. That Tampa Bay team was destroyed when Chucky convinced the Glazers to run Rich McKay and let him choose the players. Not unlike what happened when Fisher went crying to Bud to get control of the roster.
