I recently saw a Browns game while flicking between channels and i fixated on this one guy who had to be between the ages of 40 and 45 and thought to myself good grief decades have went by with pretty much the same **** different Sunday over and over again for the poor guy. Any fan of the 31 other franchises has to be thanking their lucky stars they aren't stuck with these guys. I am a fan of the Titans and from 1999 through 2011 the team regularly had winning seasons and made the postseason including a Super Bowl. We recently have suffered a five year drought of losing seasons but nothing compared to the mess that is the Browns.

Since 1990 they've only had three winning seasons and even then only made the playoffs twice. The last time they made the postseason was 14 years ago in 2002 as a wild card when they got in with a 9-7 record. Countless overhauls of the front office and player personnel have done nothing to turn around the Browns' fortunes, with the average tenure of a Cleveland head coach being less than three seasons.Their recent head coach only lasted two seasons before being let go and the coach before him lasted only one year. Now they finally got a decent head coach and Hue Jackson most likely isn't a fan of the moneyball approach.

They took Tim Couch in '99 over McNabb. Passed on Ben Roethlisberger in '04. Passed on Aaron Rodgers in '05. Drafted Brady Quinn in '07. Took Brandon Weeden in '12 when Russell Wilson was available. Drafted Johnny Manziel over Derek Carr. And recently traded away their draft pick to the Eagles who took Carson Wentz who is looking pretty good. Damn these guys are snakebit.

The Browns have a record of 126-242 since the 1990 season during that span no team has posted a worse record than Cleveland. They lost their team in '95 and that cruelty of it all is those players went on to play in Baltimore for the newly formed Ravens and a few seasons later won the Super Bowl with owner Art Modell who was the man responsible for moving the team in the first place and tight end Ozzie Newsome came to be known as one of the best GM's in the league.

Last but not least their head coach when they lost the team Bill Belichick came to be known as one of the best coaches in the league and ended up coaching the New England Patriots after he lost his Browns gig and went on to make six Super Bowl appearances winning four of those. Between Newsome and Belichick those two lead their respective teams to a total of eight Super Bowls between 1999 and 2014 yet the Browns in that time span had one solitary playoff appearance.

The last 25 years Cleveland has been the worst team in the NFL by far. The Browns have only had three winning seasons and two playoff berths. They finished last in their division 14 times and haven't won one division title. Even their owner Jimmy Haslam is bad news as well as the FBI investigated his business Pilot Flying J for possible fraud.

Since 1999 the Browns have had 26 different starting QB's as well as 9 different head coaches.

Between The Fumble,The Drive,The Move i don't think any fanbase has endured more hardship and turmoil. Do you??

After seeing what Browns fans have endured our recent downfall isn't so bad after all.......

It's funny that you made this thread... I looked up the browns win-loss record since 99 to compare it to the Titans just last night. Let's just say I felt a lot better about being a Titans fan!

There's been a rough patch here and there for the Titans, but the Browns have been a complete cluster**** since returning to Cleveland.

Here's hoping we aren't the next Browns of the NFL.

It says something when your stadium is referred to as "the factory of sadness."

Haslam should give the naming rights to a suicide prevention program.
