I agree that the gov't has no business dealing with this, and that this was a HUGE waste of money and time.

But lets not delude ourselves here....the guy was juicing. Of all the items I feel bad about in this process, impact to his life is on the bottom of the list for me.

I live in St. Louis Cardinal territory. People wear the jersey, but people rarely actually watch the games. They just like saying "I'm a Card's fan!" and since Pujols left, even less of them.

I have no doubt the guy was juicing. But it should have been handled by local law enforcement or at most by the DEA.
Congress has no business dealing with this.
