The Rams are trading #2 pick

The wild cards are Flynn and Manning and were they end up.

The Skins have no choice but to add in their 1st rounder next year because otherwise the Browns are offering a much better deal with their two 1st rounders. Besides, at #4 with the two QBs going one and two the Rams will get basically the same guy they would have at #2. If they drop to #6 they might not.

Now if I'm the Browns I don't even think twice and trade for RG3. QB is the most important position, they have a chance to get one of the best to come out and RG3 does give them the same kind of excitement Newton brought Carolina. They still have their early round picks in all the other rounds to fill needs so it isn't like they are losing their whole draft like the Skins to make a deal. McCoy gives them a decent backup for a year or so.

The Skins are the team that is better going after Manning or Flynn. They have nothing at QB and have to kill this draft and a 1st next year. Better to just pay Flynn and use those picks on your team.
