    they will do something.

I am more concerned with using him better.

Its like using a samuri sword to cut bricks. It'll do the job but there has too be a better way.

Agree with that....another season of pretending he is Eddie George could make a 3 year deal too long.

Hopefully Harper does well in preseason, so he can carry some of the inside load.

And he signed it on the premise that it would be renegotiated this year.

Time for Tennessee to man up and pay him what he is worth.

Willis frickin' McGahee just signed a 4 year $10 million deal. McGahee! If you were Chris Johnson, you would feel pretty stupid playing for less money than McGahee.

Possibly a good sign moving forward

Ryan Mouton tweeted today "I miss my dog Chris Johnson"

and CJ responded to him "be there soon"

When the deal does get done hopefully we actually use him more than just running between the tackles. You know like a pitch, screen pass, or even wild cat. His talent was pretty much wasted last year because that whole dynamic duo of him and VY didn't quite work out.

I agree with you on the screen pass point, but I think the Wildcat phenomenon has come and gone. Defenses are starting to figure out how to stop that by now.

Seems like the players support CJ in his holdout.
