I've said it once and I'll say it again. Yankees are done... and Mark Teixeira agrees.

They were done after the shutout. It was pretty obvious IMO.

40-60 games? No way! That's what's great about baseball, how to utilize a roster during such a long season. I'd trim it down some but not by that much, that's insane. And don't tell me 1 game doesn't matter, ask the Padres if 1 game doesn't matter or the Tigers from last year. 1 Game can make a huge difference.

And why do you care what their paid? It has no affect on the game at all.

Name me 5 current players who look "fat and out of shape." There's plenty of fast players. Just like Deuce you're showing you have no idea what your talking about and are in way over you're head.

Not that I care what you think because quite honestly that's one of the dumbest things I've ever heard but I live 380 miles from Nashville. So better luck next time on crappy nonsensical insults.

I also only hate NASCAR because I 'dont understand it'.

Such a difficult sport to understand. And golf. What's the object of that game? I dont get it. I wish someone explained it to me so I could enjoy it.

Face it Eddy- you like a crappy sport. It's ok. Some guys like chick-flicks... guilty passions are ok.

Well it's the 2nd most popular sport in America so I'm pretty sure MLB could care less if you don't like it. I don't like soccer but I don't have an idiotic immature attitude about it. I'm not so close minded that I can't understand why people would like. But instead you choose to be ignorant which I quite honestly wouldn't expect anything less from you. And baseball is far from a guilty pleasure, I have nothing to feel guilty about being a fan.

And if there's one person who knows about guilty pleasures it's you. *looks at your avatar and laughs*

You would like soccer if you understood it though.

I do understand it. I've given it a chance, I've gone to games. It's just not my thing. You see, unlike you I'm not close minded and ignorant to things I don't understand. Nor do I pretend to know what I'm talking about when in reality I'm in way over my head.

I would assume the "outside of the 440 loop" thing was a joke.

Jokes make sense and are funny. This was neither. Plus it backfired.

I hope it's a joke, since 440 doesn't make a loop, and really isn't part of the downtown loop! :hmm:. (I am being a smartass, I am pretty positive it was a joke too)
