In honesty, it would handicapthat already retarded franchise for years. Every time any legit qb struggled at all, you'd hear the Tebow chants.

I don't see how adding a bad quarterback to a bad team would help them.

It wouldn't help them on the field, but it would help sales.

The game against the Chiefs sold out. Doesn't get better than that.

Anyone thinks people are going to pay for tickets, concessions and parking to watch Tim Tebow be awful on an awful team is crazy.

Wow this is as low as it gets..

Here are some 'positives' from the Jags game.

The scoreboard is not always an appropriate indicator, and this clearly was the case yesterday. I can't argue with the fact that we did lose the game, and you won't be able to argue with the positives facts that we can take away from yesterday.

    1) No turnovers or penalties in our own red zone. This is a fantastic accomplishment for a young team!
    2) Anger AKA Legatron is clearly the best volume punter in the league. 11 punts at an average of 50.5 yards per kick - outstanding!!! Clearly Coach Bradley's strategy to keep Anger on a punt count during the preseason paid off. For the fans that came to see this budding young super star, they definitely got their moneys worth!
    3) The fan support from afar appeared to be amazing. It was neat to see the vast majority of Jacksonville fans stick around to the final gun. I think those who were fortunate enough to attend the game realized that this is a work in progress, and you certainly don't want to blink or miss a play as something exciting is bound to happen.

    I love this part:

Jacksonville will select their quarterback of the future in next year's draft, unless there's another punter they really have their eye on. In the meantime, Henne is probably their best option. But if they did decide to generate some headlines and excitement (seriously, those stadium photos!) by signing Tebow, would anybody really be against it?
