    I tried something new tonight. I got a cast iron grill press, and wow. The grill marks are perfection. If you have ever had your food curl in a weird way, or not look that good on one side, a cast iron press is the solution.

    Used my smoker for the first time last night. Since I wasn't used to it yet, I kept it simple and went with some chicken breasts wrapped with bacon.

    I did a little yo-yo with the temperature before getting it settled in but they turned out fantastic. I'm moving on to a pork loin this weekend.

    Pork loin on the smoker last weekend turned out well. I went with some Applewood Rub and stuffed it with pineapple chunks. I called it "Big Kahuna Loin" :brow:

    I gotta take some photos of the next smoke. Time to try some ribs.

    UghhhK the Foreman, that's not grilling.

    I hate my George Foreman Grill. My shiny grill outside would roll away if it knew I had a Foreman buried in the cabinet.

    I dont even bust that thing out when it's snowing, I'm outside surrounded by piles of snow and still doing it on the real grill. I guess I just really like grilled food.

    Foreman is ok for quesadillas or whatever, no one considers it an alternative to outdoor grilling.
