Every new techonlogy has to start somewhere. I think the transition to utterly online will be fast. The key for whoeve rules this techonlogy is can they integrate into the controllerless environment. That to me is the limiting barrier to any success. I think the public wants to go there first. And I wonder how key a console is to that environment.
The problem with computer games is the graphic demand. Every xbox series advances, in gameplay and graphics and it all runs on the same system. PC Games will require high end computers that are very expensive. Or else the pc will crash.
