    Wait, I thought in the 2nd one at the beginning that the dude was a copy cat and not really him as Scarecrow.

    Edit: Nix that, he is listed as Crane/Scarecrow in TDK so you are right on.

    You think so? From the top of my head, I can't think of one superhero series where they had the same main villain for two movies though.

    Yeah. He did say at the end they were destined to do this forever. I guess that is more of a commentary on the comics but I think he would have been involved.
