LP Field would almost have to be insured, no one would be crazy enough to whelch on insurance for a multi-million dollar stadium.

It was a stalled system, that basically decided to stop over Nashville and rain, and not keep moving east.

This isnt directed at you, I know you are from Australia, but the national media coverage of this has been appalling.
    1 people high five this.

I helped out a friend yesterday who got 6 1/2' of water in his basement. He told me he recorded 17 1/2" of rain on his rain gauge before he was evacuated. Amazing.

It has to be insured when you bring people in.

Opryland Hotel and Opry Mills are flooded with molded, sewage water along with many other places.

The modled, sewage water at Opry Mills is (or at least was 10 feet high) and a few flesh-eating piranhas are currently swimming around in that water.

Somebody is getting fired at Opryland, they only had fifty million dollars worth of coverage for flood insurance. They just lost a TON of money...

But that has nothing to do with flood insurance.
