nah. I've held onto it through a lot of crap. Been a member here since 2005, and was a lurker for a year or two before that.. but hiring gray would definitely be a game changer. Pretty horrible.

Sure other teams coaches hire their friends, but they're actually proven! Its like if you ever attended an Oilers game in the late 80s you're up for a coaching job on this team.
