Philly dips into the college ranks hiring Chip Kelly and in recent seasons teams like San Francisco and Seattle have done the same thing with success hiring Carroll and Harbaugh.

Better yet hiring up and coming hot coordinators like Mike McCoy like San Diego has done.

I'd be happy giving someone like Jay Gruden a chance.Anyone that will be fresh and try new things after all we are getting left behind especially when you look at the way certain teams are approaching the way they do coaching hires and GM searches.They are doing whatever it takes to get a winning organization going.
