    This is why it is important that we not lollygag on our decision about Munchak. The Texans took initiative and now they have the jump on the coaching candidates. Nashville is not a major market so we have to compete by out hustling our opponents. We don't have the luxury of lollygagging.

    It seems like most of the defense of Munchak talks about what a nice guy he is. What bothers me is that people think because that someone is nice that they deserve to keep their job. News flash: The nicest person in the world could suck at their job and deserve to be fired.

    I would also feel bad for Munch getting fired but it's because he's spent his entire adult life playing and working for this organization and if he's fired he will probably never work for them again. All because he was offered a job that was too much for him to handle. I hope that they would offer him some front office position, like o-line coach or something, but I doubt they would and I doubt he'd take it.
