You make it sound like this is an ongoing pattern with the Texans finishing better than the Titans. Last season was only the second time the Texans have finished ahead of the Titans.

Over the last 10 years, only the Browns and Lions have compiled worse win percentages than the Texans. Great company there, huh?

The Titans have the 8th highest win percentage over the last 10 years, ahead of teams like the Giants, Chargers, and Vikings. Even when we had our worst season of all time as the Titans, you guys still managed to finish two games behind us.

In 8 seasons as a franchise, the Texans have zero playoff appearances and one winning season.

It's all in fun... I expect to split games with you guys for the third season in a row.

Hm, on page 3 in this thread the Texans fans were close to making sense, but they quickly turned around to their unrealistic selves again.

    :bs:

(Gaah, all this jibberish. Let's just get the season started already)

I am sure that wasnt too hard to accomplish considering he didnt get a start until like the last two games of the season. Sounds like you got it all figgered out though.

You obviously did not understand my post. I am saying that every single player on my team from last year is better than Arian Foster. It has absolutely nothing to do with how much he got to play or what he has or has not proven.

I'll run you off a list of some folks I had (in a league with 10 teams)...

    Chris Johnson
    Philip Rivers
    Antonio Gates
    DeSean Jackson
    Marques Colston
    Donald Driver
    Santonio Holmes

The list really goes on and on. I had incredible depth. My team was so good that when I played against my friend in week 6 (when the Pats beat the Titans 59-0) who had Tom Brady and Randy Moss, I still won.

So, let's see here... you want me to draft a guy, in the 4th round, who's proven absolutely nothing over guys like these? Have you lost your mind? I'll be sure to post my team from this year once draft comes around. We'll see how my players fair against Foster. They'll all be better once again.

Year in and year out, I have a top 5 player from every position. Why would I want to draft Arian Foster? Yahoo has him ranked ahead of Philip Rivers. There's absolutely no logic in that ranking.

lol. A 10 team league. Your logic is all over the place here. This is simply a prediction on Arian Foster being better than his current draft value... to which every site on the internet is quickly catching up anyway. Foster didnt play a full season last year, so how in the frack do you know what he will do this year? Sure, Foster can bust and all this hype and talk will be worthless. But the signs are pointing elsewhere.... thats what the point was. But you can see the future? If anything, you are just in a league with a bunch of morons.... I have a hard time believing you are some all time fantasy guru who can predict the future. Well no **** Chris Johnson is and will be better than Foster. Why would you even post him? Or other QBs or wide recievers as well? I would also take CJ, Colston, and Jackson over Foster. ITS ALL RELATIVE to where your roster is at and what you need when the 4th or 5th round rolls around and what other RBs are available at the time. And when a RB gets ranked ahead of a QB its because rosters usually require TWO RBs to one QB.... yada, yada, yada. Santonio Holmes and Donald Driver over Arian Foster??? Ha! Let me get this on record.... so if the 7th or 8th round rolls around and Foster is still available... you would take DD or Holmes over Foster?

And btw... being in a 10 team league definitely puts a Foster down a round or so in draft rankings, etc.

You're really missing the point. First off... this is my league from last year. Everyone in the league was a pretty hardcore NFL fan... probably knows more about the league than you, considering you're creaming your pants for a scrub.

This year, my league consists of 14 teams.

You asked about Donald Driver/Santonio Holmes over Foster? It all comes down to the circumstances. If I already have two very good running backs (which I will by the time Arian Foster is projected to be drafted), then I will likely look to another position like receiver which I generally address later than others do.

lol... no, you are missing the point. In a 14 team league, Foster becomes all that much MORE valuable. I hope you can comprehend that. And its YOU who have it all wrong basically guaranteeing Foster is a scrub this year. Of course he can bust, but I promise you someone in your league of "hardcore" NFL fans will take Foster apparently way before you think he should go. And of course it all comes down to circumstances, which makes your list of players ludicrous to post up in the first place. What circumstance would Foster be challenging CJ, or Colston, or Jackson for a draft pick? Or was that your way of showing off or something?

The point is: if you can get at least five players who are guaranteed to produce, why draft Foster over them?

You're saying that Foster is a 4th round pick. Last time I checked, everyone will draft CJ, Rivers, Colston, Jackson, and Gates over Foster. I'll be my current team once draft rolls around... just to show that pretty much all of my players will be better than him. I just don't see how it's possible that Foster could go so early.

You can get very solid players through the first 5 or 6 rounds who are guaranteed to do well, whereas (as you've mentioned) Foster could be a bust. Playing for a team who ranks #1 in passing, I highly doubt that Foster would rank in the top 20 running backs. The Texans ranked 30th in rushing last year.
