A few reasons I said no thanks...

    1. He will be there well past the 4th round.
    2. He has proven nothing.
    3. I can get a quality player in the 4th round who is guaranteed to produce for me.

    1. Fifth at the latest if you are in a league that knows anything. I saw him go in the third in a couple of mocks just yesterday.
    2. Over the long haul, no. Short term, he has done absolutely everything the Texans have asked of him. They keep saying he is the perfect fit for our zone scheme.
    3. NOTHING is guaranteed.

    4. In 2008, the Texans running game was top 10. This while using a 3rd down type back as a full time starter. In 2009, we lost two starting guards by week 2, slaton had a disc issue that brought on fumbelitus, and the running game was abysmal because we were forced to start the likes of Chris Brown on a couple of occasions. Fast forward to the end of 2009 and Foster gets a couple of starts to end the season. Against Miami and NE, in 39 carries he had 216 yards and 3 TDs and 5.5 ypc. Since the beginning of camp he has been the #1 no doubt, well ahead of Slaton and Tate. Remember, before that abysmal senior season for many different varaibles (injuries, bad oline, bad team, etc), Foster was projected as a second round pick.

Ah, it's that magical time of year... the only time of the year when it isn't as painful to be a Texans fan. Enjoy the next two weeks, Underalls, the real world will come crashing back to earth when the Colts drop you week 1.

Lol I remember last year yall hyping up Chris Brown. And now this year and Arian "fumble" Foster is now the steal of fantasy football drafts. :ha:

History note... The last year of Arian's career at UT, a bunch of UT fans started calling a fumble a FOSTER...

Drink much. Your memory must not be what it used to be. There may have been a few football 101 rejects with a VY IQ that thought Brown was a decent pick at the vet min but most Texan fans thought he was garbage. Now if you want to accuse me of being wrong when I got on the Ahman Green bandwagon go for. As for Foster I think he could be a 1000 yard back but no where in the league of CJ.
