Last year, while 8-8 after winning the last game of the season, 3 teams had better chances to make the playoffs than you.

New England - 11-5
New York - 9-7
Denver - 8-8

The only teams that "sniffed" the playoffs were the Jets and the Pats. Miami took care of both of them and thats why they didnt make it.

The Texans were 3-7 after Week 11. They could have won out and still be 2 games back haha. Nice try at trying to boost your team's validity, but you failed miserably.

2) Slaton is a premier back because he had a good rookie season
3) Schaub is an "elite" QB because he has a winning record, regardless of playoff appearances
4) Your team was "in contention" even though they were 3 games back
5) Your team was 8-7 going into week 17 even though they were 7-8
