While we're at it, how about telling me Schaub's record as a starter? Vince is 21-11, got us to the playoffs in 07 and almost in 06 after starting out 0-5.

Schaub's best record? 8-8 but you cant give him ALL the credit because he was helped by Rosenfels. The way I see it, Schaub is 5-4 this year and Vince is 3-0 looking at 4-0. Now, we can talk about TD-INT ratio, but who cares? All that matters is Vince has a far better resume than your "elite" QB. Get some playoff experience, hell even get a WINNING SEASON and then you might be able to brainwash some people into thinking Schaub is a good quarterback.

How was I proven wrong? One player on defense is responsible for what the secondary/D-line does? Here's your problem. You think that you're right 100% of the time. I guess its just a way of life with Texans fans that you all have an extra dose of arrogance this year.

I can go back and find posts where you have called people "5 year olds" but I wont waste my time arguing with someone that says Slaton is a premier back and Bulluck is the reason our defense is bad.

From experiencing losses at the "big game" with the Astros, I'll take losing bad.

No I'll give you Young has a better winning record. Young has led his team to more victories. But VY was also in a much better situation when he came in...you had a team with a strong defense that needed an average QB to make you successful (no, competitive is a better word). You were built for a VY, after years of McNair.

Schaub stepped into an absolute trainwreck and righted the ship. By the end of this year, Schaub will finally be acknowledged for turning an absolute trainwreck with David Carr into a successful team.

Hey, its better going to the big game and losing then to never go at all. And to quote Bulluck, "they have never even sniffed the playoffs".

Well, no, once again, I already stated I'd rather suck that be named "Choke City"...we were, you took our franchise, and now Cleveland and Nashville can be together titled "Choke City"

And we "sniffed the playoffs last year". We were in contention until the last game, even with our STAR ELITE QB missing 6 games.

Werent you just trashing our defense? Once Vince came in we were last in the NFL in pass D and he still got us 3 straight wins. VY wasnt given a "better situation". Our defense has been atrocious this year, but dont think that all our problems were solved once we came out of the bye. We got Finnegan and Fuller back but even when they were healthy we still had problems.

And since you like to quote history so much, I'll remind you that we went 5-1 to end the season last year...it's mostly the same team...if we win 5 more games, and say lose 2 more, similar to what we did last year, we'd be 10-6, and more than likely in the playoffs.
