Terrell Owens recovering from ACL surgery

Don't be surprised if he recovers and still has a couple of good years left. T.O. is a warrior, he played in the SB with no ankles and still was the best athlete on the field. Call him a diva all you want but he's the Kobe Bryant of the NFL when it comes to work ethic.

Now if only Moss had half of his passion and dedication, he'd still be a very good receiver.

 

here we go with the T.O diva crap. he gonna spend the next year talking about retiring and never will, then when he has healed he will start naming teams he'd like to play for by next july and have all the fans talking about him. and he will suck no matter where he ends up. these old vet WR's need to move aside. the new era has begun with Dez,Britt,Calvin,DeSeasn,Garson etc.... Boldin,Mason,T.O,Chad,Moss need to retire.

 

First of all, calm down tiger. If I'm set to earn $8M for giving my body and mind to a football franchise, ALL I'm doing is playing football. Hobbies take a back seat to millions of dollars. I wouldn't sky dive, ride a motorcycle, or even go to the beach to tan, I might get sunburned and not be able to give my all for a day or two. He can film all the T.V. shows he wants, but it wont help him one bit come Sundays. There's a time and a place for everything, being a reality T.V. star is for retired players, and Hank Baskett-like bums who can't catch a cold.

Second of all: Cool story bro, but even the most dedicated athletes in the world do things on the side, probably considerably more dangerous than whatever T.O was doing...Are you going to argue that Kobe isn't dedicated because he has mini-movie? Or what about players or do habitat for humanity, they should avoid that it's dangerous! There's more to life than football tiger.

 

Kobe Bryant has RINGS! He can do what ever he wants on the side, including raping women if he so chooses. T.O. has everything but a ring, and T.V. shows are the reason no one wants to sign him. I don't have beef with players living their lives, but be smart. Hell, even Terrell Pryor knows not to do these things because risk of injury.
