    1. Definitely try to retain Al. Although I fear he may want a contract that is too long for the FO to go for. He may want 5-6 years, but the FO may only want 2-3 years.

    2. Same for Kerry. But concerning the statement of him being the guy right now, that's exactly it. He's not our long term solution. I hope that Vince gets over himself and learns how to read defenses.

    3. Definitely try to keep Fuller. IMO, he's one of the league's best NBs. He's also a Safety and could fill in for Hope/Griff if one of those guys goes down.

    4. Scaife's a keeper too. I think he will want to stay a Titan and will entertain any decent offer by the FO.

    5. Bironas....we all know the answer to that (short of him asking for too much money).

    6. Keeper...if he doesn't get greedy.

    7. Hentrich may very well retire. We need to think about a replacement anyway. It was a good run for him though. Will he make the HOF?

    8. Don't know much about Loper.

    9. Same as #6

    10. If he doesn't cost too much. And in reality, BJ could be a solid #2 or even a #1 if he continues what he did this year.

    11. Keep him at least through camp to motivate KFC and VY, or start him if he excels/surpasses bofe dem.

    12. NO! He has to be the biggest disappointment short of VY this year. I had such high hopes for him. What a shame. Hopefully BJ will be in his spot next year.

    13. Don't know much about him either.

    14. NO! No further explanation needed.

I say Henrtrich retires. Scaife isn't that great and can be replaced. Carr is worth keeping if cheap. Brandon Jones would be worth keeping but he's either hurt or being neglected by our coaching staff.

I think it would be a real mistake to get worse at the TE position. Scaife is solid. I hope he re-signs.

KEEP (unless it's insane $$, all will be expensive):
    Bironas
    Scaife
    Haynesworth

Attempt to keep cheap (or at least reasonable $$):
    KfC
    Fuller
    Carr
    Hentrich
    Loper
    King
    BJones

    Don't sign:
    Chris Simms
    J-Mac
    R.Hill
    T.Poole

If keeping AH, Bo Scaife, and Bironas meant not signing any of the other free agents, I could live with that.

Scaife doesn't seem hard to replace to me. He's just a big slow guy that's solid. Doesn't do anything special. Just solid.

I don't break the bank for Scaife or Brandon Jones. But these guys (and everyone else on this list) would be insane to not hit the market to test the waters. There'll be stupid money being thrown around.

Albert, Collins, Fuller and Bironas are must keeps.

If they like Stevens enough, Scaife can go. Same with Jones/McCariens vs Hawkins.

Scaife had the 13th most receiving yards and the 7th most receptions of any TE this season. In 2007, he had the 17th most receiving yards and 14th most receptions of any TE.

If we can keep him for around the 12th highest paid TE in the league, I'd like that.

He was Vince's third leading receiver in 2007 and KFC's leading receiver in receptions this season. He's a consistent and important option considering we go with VY or KFC as quarterback next season.

I feel like I'm the only one that's not interested in paying the big bucks to Albert. I just got a bad feeling about it.
