Lache Seastrunk reminds me a lot of CJ when he came out of the draft here in 2008.Seastrunk has gained over 1,000 yards both seasons with a 7.5 yard per carry average and both years his longest runs were 80 yards.Seastrunk is the fastest back in the draft this season.

Instead of paying CJ 8 million we could easily draft a playmaker in the CJ/Jamaal Charles mold that would cost much less.Pair him with a power back in our offense and we could have ourselves another smash and dash.

If we cut CJ we sure as hell better draft a rb, no point in signing any of those free agents they all are miles behind CJ in terms of production, durability, and ability. Use the money to make the Titan D a force to be reckoned with like it was in 08.

all this thread does is tell you that we were terrible at run blocking an no back could succeed with the play-calling/blocking we had last season.

The way the draft is structured now, it doesn't make any sense not to burn up a mid round pick on a RB. We should be using mid round picks every other year on RB's.

Use em and abuse em, never pay a RB big money. People complain we overpaid Greene, and we did, but we can absorb his $3M/yr slaary, its MUCH more in line with what RB's deserve. Johnson's $10M is INSANE!!!!!

Blocking wasn't as bad as CJ Lovers claim, stop using that as an excuse.

You and those 3 other guys should always pull the playcalling card, thats a valid excuse.

If we don't cut both CJ and Greene, we are hopeless. The money saved can be used wisely in other areas, Shonn Greene is slower than you JCBRAVE

Blocking was pretty dang bad. Not as bad as the year before though. Walker was not as good at blocking as advertised. Regardless, there are prolly only 4 other backs in the league that could have produced as well as him.

A lot of people are slower than me, dont make that out to be a bad thing.

Greene's $3M is perfectly fine to pay a RB.

Delanie Walker missed 1-2 run blocks, how does his pass blocking effect CJ?

Oh right, because Walker was breathing too heavily and blew CJ over.

    Damn that Walker guy
