surprise declaration............good LB Jon abbate

    I didn't whine when we got a 5'11" guy. Taller is prefered, but height of a LB is not all that important to me when you find all these examples of really good shorter guys.

    In what way is this guy any better than Tulloch? We don't need a LB, especially in the third round.

    he defintely has better timed speed. i think tulloch was timed somewhere around 4.7.

    Tulloch was a 4.61 and Sam Mills was 5-9..............many MLB are smaller............speed is important inside as well.........Zach Thomas is another small backer who fell only because of size...........Dat Ngyen too.............Abbate is a very solid player.
