    Ultra Man and it isn't even close. Spawn is a edgy mediocre comic while Ultra Man is a timeless hero that has inspired millions of kids for 5 years.

    May be some test footage to sell an idea to production companies. There's an age old legal dispute over ownership of this material. Ironically the monster here appears to be Barugon from the Gamera universe - which is a company called GFS which has been the superior Japanese monster production company.
    Could be a clue..
