Super Bowl now most-watched ever (AP)

I still can't believe the damn Cardinals went to the Super Bowl. I guess that beats Favre as a Jet, and Tennessee losing to a 2nd tier team in January. Weird season. Well here comes the next one pretty soon.

 

Yet another example of Gloat throwing out an off the cuff remark, and being way off.

There were tons of interesting things about this superbowl, and it was a pretty interesting game.

 

I never watched a second of it, but of course it was the highest watched ever, that's what the NFL wanted, that's why they had the Ref's fix the games to guarantee the Steelers would be in it and assure all the many Squeeler fans would be satisfied.

Do you think they would have let Tennesse versus Arizona play in their biggest game and bring down the ratings? This is a league that's going to move the SB to another country so they can make even more money, that's what it's all about, just like raslin'...

 

What the hell was interesting about this game? Please, fill me in.

98.7 million people would like a word with you.

 

70 percent of that number was probably people watching for commercials. Fickle NFL fans.

 

I liked this last year's Superbowl. It was exciting!

Great 4th quarter! Amazing receiving show on both sides.

But I still say the Cardinals got robbed on that Steelers INT return for TD right before halftime. There was a major clip on the play that the refs didn't call!
