"This all comes back to Schwartz. After a bad exchange with counterpart Jim Harbaugh, Schwartz lost control and chased Harbaugh down the field.

In some respects, it was comical. At the same time, it probably warranted a fine. Now, weeks later, the Lions are playing like a team that doesn’t know how to handle tough situations. What a shocker. Players take their cues from the people in charge."

Haynesworth/Suh both under Schwartz both commit about the most sinister fouls in the NFL.

I don't see what the Schwartz/Harbough incident has to do with this.. a bit of a stretch. Hell, I could play that game.. it's all Fisher's fault, seeing as how Schwartz was a DC for a while under him..so clearly Fisher didn't instill discipline in his coaches..

Suh is just a punk though. I used to believe what he said, but if you do this kind of stuff repeatedly, you can't defend yourself anymore.

Really... that kick qualifies as "the most sinister foul"??

I was disappointed in Suh. That guy lived.

I can't believe Alex is putting that on the coach. Suh did something stupid and hurt his team but what was worse was his comments after the game. What a low life!

Alex i thought you believed in personal responsibility. Now you want to blame the coach for the actions of one player? Are other Lions players kicking people?

As for Suh's comments after the game i have some insight into that because i often work in a prison. Suh's BS explanation sounds exactly how convicts would explain something like that. Not that he is a criminal but his thinking is the same.

It is obvious to anybody with eyes that he did slam the other players head into the ground and did kick him. Plain as day. I can forgive a player going off and doing something like that but his comments after are not forgivable. He doesn't have the balls just to admit he did anything wrong.

His actions were not outrageous, players sometimes fight and will punch or kick each other and nobody was hurt. But to act after the fact like a victim was pathetic.

The way that article points back to the Schwarz Harbaugh incident is a joke.

It was blown out of proportion at the time and to kepp dragging it up is reaching.

Suh was stupid and yes he's a douche butthis crap happens all the time. It's rare that it's done when not under a pile of bodies and exposed on camera.

These guys take any opportunities they can to make the guy opposite them pay.

Suh didn't kick anybody, he just lost his balance! heh heh

I wonder if Suh takes another trip to ask the Commish why he can't slam a guy's helmet into the ground repeatedly and why he can't kick a player on the ground?

Big Al got what? 5 game suspension after he lost his balance and his cleat hit Gurode's head? ;)

Well Suh, enjoy the couch at home for a while.

Well first of all I am merely posting an article for discussion as you can see where i put " around the author's comments.

But yeah, the head coach has to take some responsibility for the actions of his players right?

And regardless I wanted to make fun of Schwartz for how he acted after the handshake with Harbaugh cause I thought it was hilarious.

It's pretty sinister to purposefully kick a guy while he is lying on the ground. I don't know if it's "most sinister" but I was exaggerating. Which I thought you had no problem with and everyone was supposed to accept exaggeration??? But I guess it's just another case of when you do it everyone should get it, but when I do it it's game for mockery? Typical DW logic.
