The Arizona Cardinals are expected to name Kurt Warner as the team's starting quarterback, a team source said.

Matt Leinart's poor perfomance Saturday night against the Raiders probably sealed the decision. More...

We also have a struggling QB that was drafted the same year as Leinart. Do we call Vince a bust? I think the jury is still out on Leinart and Vince. I really think it just takes time in this league for a QB to fully mature both professionally and personally. I think the Peyton Manning's of the World are very rare.

Vince has a LOT of growing up to do, and obviously so does Matt Leinart. Even though Vince is struggling I'm glad we're not hearing about the Titans starting Collins instead.

Leinart has great weapons and has done nothing with them. He just got replaced for a QB who cannot hold onto the ball. He has never shown any tendancy to work on his skills. So yeah, he looks like a bust. I could be proven wrong, but it doesn't look like I will.

I guess I'm a little happy we didn't draft him even though I wanted him. But I wonder, if we had a backup as good as Warner would Vince's job be in jeopardy. Knowing Fisher probably not but that doesn't mean we wouldn't be better.

I don't care what QB it is when you have Fitz and Boldin that QB should produce.

The Cardinal Offensive line has been horrible the past few years and Edge has done nothing to help their running game. I agree that Leinart has looked awful and has some great wide receivers (even though Boldin has yet to play this preseason) but he still needs time to develop and needs to be given more protection.

Don't you think that if we did have Leinart, people would be blaming the receivers for his problems?

^ Maybe. It is pretty easy to blame our WRs, since they're the worst group in the NFL.

What would this message board be saying if Vince had gone 4/12, 24 yds, & 3 INTs on Friday?
