Never understood the Washington trade talk. I was firmly against that from Day 1. Please just cut Britt, i'm tired of him on this team.

 

I am at the point now where I think an extension would not be out of line for Washington.

He just turned 30 in August. There's other WRs out there, for example: Reggie Wayne (34), Boldin (32), & Andre Johnson (32) that are still playing at a high level in there low-mid 30s. I'm positive Nate can atleast produce up until he's 33. Plus, we have Hunter and Wright working there way up. Hunter & Nate on the outside w/ Wright in the middle, eventually Nate will step down to our 3rd option - but he'd still produce.

 

I think so too. And not a long extension but he should get one given his production, dependability and leadership.
