Redskins will be a lot better imo, second the lions with a nee coach.....with our qb/passrush needs I'd say as of now we are a sleeper team to get the 1st overall pick next year

Oh so you admit that bringing Vick here would have been a good idea. My pick is the jets too only assuming they get CJ.

Let me ask you something, WHY do you want Vick? You knock on Locker all the damn time because he's been injured, yet you want Michael Vick? See, thats what I dont get about you..

Michael Vick is Jake Locker, it would have made little to no difference if we had Vick.
PFF had Locker and Vick neck and neck in virtually every thing they grade. Then when you consider the injury issues and the time in prison, its just not the right piece to add in TN.
But Vick on the Jets was a worthwhile move for New York.

Because Vick has actually produced an entire season before and actually knows how to use his legs to scramble. Jake is a sitting duck for the most part in the pocket. His pocket awareness improved slightly last season but is still leaps and bounds from Vick's. Either way if you have Vick and Locker, you can still have hopes if one of them goes down. But now if Locker goes down, and he probably will, our season is lost.

Why, because you believe Charlie Whitehurst is the back-up?

Lets see how things shake out after the draft. If we dont address QB kind of early, ok then we can worry.

What scares me is you do not give 2 year 8 million dollar deal to the 3rd string qb.

Half of that deal is in incentives.

He will never see even $5M of that. Because he wont be playing.

All he has to do is sit on the bench nice and pretty and never get up and he'll make $2M for doing absolutely nothing.

We saved almost $2M by swapping out Fitz for Whitehurst, it was a good move.
