So Gruden would come back to coach the Titans based on what his wife did in college some 25 years ago?

I really think there isn't a big-name candidate out there who would come anywhere near Tennessee right now. And Bud isn't going to pay top five coach money right now.

If you wanna know if some new coach is coming to Nashville check for real estate home sales in the $2,000,000.00 range.

Nah, that's just a running joke on VolNation whenever Gruden is talked about as a replacement HC.

"His wife was a cheerleader" "Gruden will never leave Tampa"

IN all seriousness, he has the opportunity to bring in a vet of his choosing (out of the available possibilities) and draft a QB of his choosing.

I don't think we are talented as many around here do, but we have CJ and Britt and that's something to work with.

Say no to Munchak. At best move him up to OC. This is less exciting than the Raiders hiring Huey.

time to go outside the organization to find a coach. No need to look at former coaches (Williams) either.

Does anyone want to coach the Titans???

With Bud being Bud and us losing our RB coach our DC and our D-line coach, why would you wanna coach this team?

Really an offensive minded coach, namely the west coast offense. Gruden or Mariucci would be fine. CJ would really fit the west coast offense much better than our current, get a 195 pound running back murdered approach.

I actually think that, Bud aside, this is not so bad to walk into. Sort of like an open book at this point, with somewhat reduced expectations for near term performance.

However, the wild card here is Bud....
