bench him for the rest of the year... decline his value, maybe he will learn
I wouldn't try to read into Britt's words too much. I'm stunned he knows how to read.
It's been clear for years now that Britt is out of Tennessee when his contract expires. The only question now is if he makes it to the end of this season on the active roster. I could see him being a healthy scratch in the future. Well... as healthy as Britt can be.
That's true, it's just tough to let a guy with that much talent go until you're absolutely sure he's a bust. We'd hate to see him go ball somewhere else. That's kinda why I dunno if I'd trade him for a 6th or 7th rounder.
better to get something for him than nothing after his contract is up.
You, like everybody else, forgot Nate was on our roster eh?
I still think a team like New England (who takes risks on "troubled" players) would send us atleast a 5th.
nate shows more heart on one play than britt did in years worth of work. Nate's performance vs the saints, il never forget
Well those are the breaks sometimes. While it sucks that we will get nothing for Kenny Britt when we let him walk this offseason he will most likely find a team that will offer him a one year "prove it' deal.
Get Damian Williams into the starting lineup. See what he can do in his fourth year.
I want to see Preston & Hunter!
