Lol I'm sure there will be plenty more threads and plenty more arguments on our beloved little running back with a heart of gold and a motor that never stops running even after his fate is decided.

Hell if VY is any precedent there will be more threads about CJ after he's gone.

I don't think CJ has NEAR the support VY had.

There were tons of "Titans" fans that came along just because of CJ.

Not too many Eastern Carolina fans out there.

I am interested in seeing if our new HC/OC can get a CJ2K rebirth. Personally, I doubt it. He's already 28, so we'll get maybe two more years out of him. Can't wait for a 3.5 YPC and 1000 yard season next year...

Chris Johnson - RB - Titans
Chris Johnson said that if the Titans don't plan on giving him a bigger role next season, then he wants to go to another team.
Johnson, a strong candidate for release thanks to his $8 million 2014 salary and 3.86 YPC in 2013, is poking the bear here. "I feel like if they are not going to use me the way I am supposed to be used and let me be the horse, then I would rather them let me move on," he said. "Their money would be wasted on me." Johnson doesn't like that he hasn't topped 300 carries in any of the last three seasons and was often yanked in goal-line and short-yardage situations. He noted that in order to hit a home run, he has "to be fed." CJ?K is likely to get his wish as he's refusing to take any kind of pay cut, meaning his six-year reign in Tennessee is likely over.

    It's not about "producing"

It's about him being a selfish brat worried about his stats.

I think he's nothing more than an average 1000 yard back anymore. Regardless of the situation.

Why doesn't he shut up until we get our new coach? I've been one our his biggest supporter because I don't want my starting running back to be Shonn Green, but man, that's stupid.

Yeah b/c you know him personally. His career is being wasted on a terrible team when he has said several times all he wants to do is get back to the playoffs bad because he has only been there once. Which was his rookie year and that left a bad taste in his mouth.

When a WR complains he isn't getting the ball enough do you automatically assume all he cares about is stats?
