Should Nate "The Great" Washington get more throws his way?

Yeah he got like 10 or 13 targets on Sunday, I think that's plenty.

 

I agree that the flags thrown are usually a joke. Honestly I think Britt got screwed on the one Sunday when Wright ran for like 15.

That said, I think the more the use Wright, the more they can practice the down field blocking and limit those kind of flags.

 

I think what ever WR or TE is hot, you give it to him. Nate was hot and had a great day...next game it'll be someone else. Just get the ball to the man who is open. All receivers need to be involved though.

Walker was second in targets last week and 3rd in offensive snaps if you only count skill positions. He is also 3rd in yards for the year and tied for 1st in TD's (receiving) so I'd say that he is pretty involved if you ask me.

 

Nate should be THE go-to WR every week. until proven otherwise

 

He's the safety blanket right now. His routes are always on par with lockers hot read or route. Locker has been doing good making quick decisive decisions and I think a lot has to do with Nate.

 

Yep, and then Ken-doll will start eating into those numbers. Hunter will show flashes. DWilll make a few plays. That's all we need if we could run the ball outside of QB scrambles

 

We've been able to run the ball IMO. However the play calling has been the problem as to why we get stagnant at running. We are sticking to a very easy to read pattern of run run pass. While I understand why... Once we start making 3-7 yards on first down throwing the ball frequently, the run game will appear to have an even bigger role.

CJ has been good this season. Greene would really be a help to keep conservative drives going. Walker has been exactly who we needed as a TE.

We just have to open the play book up a tinge more and we will see a bigger difference. Locker has started to earn some recognition. Couple more steps in the right directions from him can be a huge deal.
