thats fine, its January
If the jets wanted him, I would trade Fitz for a pack of oreos. Get him out.
I second this, its seems very unrealistic but if anybody wants him it would be smart to trade him for anything
he is a good backup, IMO.
If I were a team starting fresh at QB, I would not be opposed to having him as the insurance for a new rookie QB, as a 2nd stringer.
He has a positive TD-INT ratio every year since 2010. There have been much worse backups in the league.
He is not going to take an offense to new heights, but he would be fine in spot starts, if needed.
There are much worse options out there.. Say we got rid of him and kept Locker and Rusty...
Fitzpatrick is WORLDS better than Rusty.
Jim Sorgi, Just a ton of people he would be better than. I could see someone giving up a 6th or 7th round pick for him.. not that it's likely.. but I could see it as a possibility.
He wasn't a very good 2nd stringer for us, but I'm all for it as long as its not on my team
Did you just use Fitzpatrick and good in the same sentence?!?!
good and backup, yes. Not for any real heavy lifting.
How can you back Fitzpatrick up at all after what he did to our season? Boo this man!!!!
