Greene was never going to be the featured back for us.

Sankey looks like the type of guy that will come in and make an immediate impact.

I've been watching his stuff over the weekend and the dude is sick.

Yep makes more sense why we had to get the top guy instead of waiting and gambling on a Devonta Freeman or whatever. I know the articles say Greene will be back by summer, but I feel like he's done. A bad free agent signing for sure.

It's Sankey time. We needed to address the RB position BIG TIME in the draft, because Shonn Greene is nothing more than a spell back these days.

If Shonn Greene was going to be our featured back, then we were in trouble.

Had we picked Derek Carr, then we wouldn't have been in position to draft Sankey or Hyde.

    Whew.

I kind of thought it would be Greene/a later draft pick/McCluster about 40-30-30 on carries.

    Guess it's Sankey 80 McCluster 20?

    I wouldn't say all that. Sankey 50 Greene 25 McCluster 25.

A second knee flair up since September after some meaningless minicamp? Greene is done. He might as well be Carl Pickens or Yancy Thigpen.

Hope not but I think it looks that way.

I still think they need one more solid RB. Mccluster is a jack of all trades, master of none. If Greene stays injured, and Sankey is bad or hurt, we are in serious trouble. Maybe they will check out training camp cuts.

Mccluster is a 3rd RB/utility man, IMO. And unless he really kills it this year, it seems like he will never be a solid RB that you give quite a few carries to.

Should've signed Moreno or Andre Brown imo.
