Using a proxy will make your browser lag.
Using a proxy will also, depending on what kind of proxy, ignore your cookies, which is what keeps you logged in.
So, back it up a bit, and explain what browser you are using, and why you think you need to use proxies.
I am thinking that the problem is really the use of proxies in the first place.
Could be a browser problem. I am currently using IE 6 (I hate 7), and have no problems.

I have had no problems all week, and have been here several times every day. I'm using firefox.
It really sounds to me like some bad advice about when and why to use a proxy.
Come on guys...why are you using a proxy.
Why do you think it is a good idea?
I could fire up a proxy and get poor results too.
