Server issues

    It's strange that several people are having fairly severe problems, but most aren't.

    I still haven't seen any problem with the site.

    I tried getting on yesterday a few times but the server was busy..couldn't handle the volume I guess

    In the mix of all this, I'm looking for better chat room options. Even stripped, the one we use now tends to be a cpu hog and the forum goes down to a crawl.

    If anyone has worked with any decent options, let me know.

    he said he is unable to log on... but he can read...

    I haven't had hardly any trouble at all myself.

    Update for those having problems:

    I finally got a reply from some of the gurus at vBulletin. They didn't give me good news. We basically have three options.

    1. Delete any and all cookies associated with this site. If that doesn't work...

    2. Delete the current account. Re-register. All post counts and other information from the past account is lost. Or...

    3. Wait it out to see if the problem corrects itself. He said he's heard of some corrupt member info which has caused this type of issue before.

    So those of you who are having problem need to e-mail me with what you want to do.
