The interesting thing is they arrived at the decision to destroy the tapes. I can't wait to here what that conversation entailed and if the meeting actually had minutes taken.

Specter arranging Goodell meeting for next week

Goodell is a horrible commissioner. This goes well beyond any suspension, though the commissioner did express to Pacman Jones that he didn't want to see him making headlines with negative publicity anymore. So my question is this. Goodell's name has made quite a few headlines resulting in bad publicity, from harsh punishments, to soft punishments, to football games in Europe, to messing with the draft, to destroying evidence. He has had two incidents with two different senators. That has to be worse than having a run-in with the police.The commissioner is officially a detriment to the league. So, how do we get rid of him???

I'm serious. Can the commission take a vote or something??? Do we have to put up with him ruining the league until he chooses his successor???
