    Thanks, you are so right, and that is why I have chosen to use the ever-working EDIT feature. Typewriter days were so long ago and even then the hottest product on the administrative shopping list was Liquid Paper..... So check the post again... THANKS wg53!!!!!!

    of course, IBM followed with lift off correction tape and that did and does wonders as long as documents were not and are not forms with carbon copies attached. Then you have to erase the mistakes on each carbon copy (pain in the buttox). What time is it in Australia Gunny?
