Can we stop pretending now that Rex Ryan would be a good coach in Tennessee?

I like him for us.

He's too much as HC, but he'd be fine only speaking to the media once a week like coordinators do.

Fire Gray ASAP and wait on Ryan. I'd also interview others just in case he some how stays in NY.

Put Sanchez on the Patriots and see how bad Belichick looks.

The problem with Ryan seems to be his drafting... which is why we'd need a GM who knows what they're doing.
