RSB's One and Only Mock Draft

    This will be my one and only mock draft. I see no point in re-doing them over and over again. That's like filling out 10 brackets and bragging when you get a lot of picks right.

    I made this one up in about 20 minutes in class last week... got really bored and figured I'd see how my mock compares to the real draft. Hopefully I can do better than Kiper and McShay. It wouldn't surprise me one bit.

    What is with all the love in
    Robert Quinn
    Nick Fairley
    Von Miller
    Marcell Dareus
    Daquan Bowers
    ...with qb beside

    These are the majority of the players everyone wants to see drafted by us i noticed

    both DT have QUESTION MARKS with character, work ethic, and ability
    Von Miller will only be a 3-4 rush linebacker which we do not need
    Robert Quin is only a pass rusher nothing more who hasnt played in a year (only a one year wonder) just like Bowers

    We have taken to many chances and 8th is a spot to take a real play maker why waste and take a chance on someone with so many question marks?

    My ideal pick would be
    J.J. Watt no character concerns, great work ethic, productive big DE for run support and with decent rush abilitly

    personal if
    Patrick Peterson
    Prince Amukamara
    Fell to us I would take them in a heartbeat

    I like the 2nd tier DT alot better for the second round
    such as Stephan Paea

    I love Watt, so do a lot of people on this board. My only problem with Peterson and Prince is that we don't need a CB THAT badly.

    I agree

    if we can build a dominate line again than cb will not be an issue

    how finny has been lately low with his attitude and everything he has fallen out of favor with me

    verner had over a hundred tackles last year that mean he gave up way to many catches if he made that many tackles i only got to watch limited games since im from PA but from what i saw he gave up a lot

    but if we could plug prince or perterson in move finny to 2 and verner to nickel we would be dominate in the secondary

    or peterson could play saftey kicking hope out

    if we went the cb route drafted DT in the second moved jones to DE that could solve a lot too
    there are to many things that could happen
