SUMMARY: WR Roydell Williams returned to practice today for the first time in seven months. Williams was placed on the physically unable to perform list at the start of training camp for an ankle injury he was still recovering from last season. "It felt good … just to go out there and knock the spider webs off," Williams said. "I felt a little rusty, but it goes with the territory." Though he will likely have to play with pain, Williams is determinded to make up for lost time and reclaim his starting job. The Titans also activated rookie CB Cary Williams from the non-football injury list. The seventh-round draft pick suffered a quad strain leading up to training camp.

Good to hear he and Cary Williams are back up and running. Williams' best shot is to get on the PS because of the time he has missed, IMO.

I said Wlliams' best shot. I meant Cary Williams though. Sorry, we have too many Williams on this team.
