Being labeled a starting running back these days doesn't really mean much.

Last year, had he not gotten hurt, he and CJ would have been utilized fairly equal. But CJ was labeled "the starter".

Greene will start the games... but DMC, a rookie and maybe even Battle will contribute a good bit.

I figured we would be low in the eyes of the outsiders, but not that low. Damn.

At this point, I can't see the draft putting us on an elevator to rise up the ranks, so we are just going to have to show them on the field.

What exactly is a "franchise RB"?

OKay calm down everyone....I am sure we won't be great this year, but we will be better than 5 or 6 wins minimally. Losing Bironas won't kill us, especially on kickoffs to be honest. Yes, we don't have "stars" all over the roster, but they do have a damn good coaching staff and more depth. How does that NOT make us better than last year with Munch and Co.?! The draft hasn't even happened yet...Relax, and see how it plays out. Personally, if it takes a few years to get this train back on track, i'll wait and be fine with it. At least we aren't dwelling on a crappy coaching staff, injured QB, and a running back that was once great with 3.9 ypc. The Titans can only go up from here, have some faith. That is not being a homer btw.

I don't care about this stuff. It's all guessing.

Consider this... Our Oline was considered top 5 about this time last year - after the draft.

    That turned out well...

Battle is a flippin scrub. I don't want to watch him run into our linemans back ever again.

There is no chance we wind up with a better record than last year. That is unless Locker balls out, which is highly unlikely or if we find some stud in the draft.

Oh TWW2, the worst poster on GoTitans who constantly ruins the forum and every thread you touch.

One thing I liked about the comments in the article was about Carolina. How can Carolina not be "Pre-Draft Ranked" pretty low?? I'm a big fan of Cam and think he is a great QB, but they have NOBODY at WR right now.

Just don't think these rankings mean much and kind of dumb to even have them pre-draft.
